(Junior) Sales Manager (m/f/d)

#WAREPLASTICFREE - Are you?

During our semester abroad in Indonesia, we, Kevin and Daniel, experienced for ourselves how the earth is suffering from increasing pollution. Inspired by local initiatives fighting for a plastic-free Indonesia, we in Germany would also like to pay more attention to the topic, promote plastic alternatives and work to ensure that we live up to our global pioneering role. That's why we founded #IAMPLASTICFREE 5 years ago.

It all started with our #IAMPLASTICFREE drinking straws, and our portfolio now includes various plastic-free disposable and reusable items as well as packaging materials. Our customers include numerous hotels (25hours, Upstalsboom, Atlantic), restaurants (Mutterland, Neni's), bars (Boilerman Bar, Strandpauli) and retailers (Rewe, Edeka). But that should only be the beginning.

To drive our little plastic-free revolution forward, we are looking for active reinforcement as (Junior) Sales Manager*in (m/f/d).

Your tasks: Research, make calls, revolutionize

• You are (mainly) responsible for researching potential partners/customers, especially from the HoReCa industry
• You are committed to a smooth sales process by conducting initial discussions with prospects and following up with customers if an answer is still pending
• In addition to our new customers, you will also actively look after our existing customers
• You always have an eye on your sales pipeline and enter all the necessary information into our CRM (Hubspot) yourself
• You will also work together with the team on the continuous development of our product portfolio

Your profile: Independent, communicative, revolutionary

• You are a passionate salesperson and enjoy new customers/cold calls
• You have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration (with a focus on sales/distribution, marketing or similar)
• You have very good communication skills (also on the phone), are articulate and can quickly adapt to new people and actively listen
• You are top fit in German spelling and can express yourself very well in word and writing
• You are an organizational talent, work in an extremely structured manner, are very reliable and you don't miss a thing
• You work independently and have a hands-on mentality
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in sales/sponsorship
• And most importantly, you want to make the world a little more plastic-free
