After your order is before shipping. We explain how this works for us here.
If we do not have a product in stock, we note this on the product page in the online store. Orders that contain a product that is not in stock, we mark internally as a pre-order. This means that a shipment will only be made as soon as all products of the order are available again. This way we save the additional environmental impact caused by items that are shipped separately.
If you want an early partial delivery of your order, please note this in the field "order instruction" in the shopping cart, fill out our contact form or write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We always process your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 12 noon usually leave our warehouse on the same day.
We currently supply the following countries:
Germany, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway, Austria, Poland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Monaco, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia and Greece.
The measure of our shipping costs is the weight of your order and the delivery region, so we can not give a flat shipping cost here. You will find out the exact shipping costs when you have specified your delivery address in the payment process.
The delivery times are always dependent on the delivery address. Within Germany, your delivery is usually within 1-2 business days with you, while it can be abroad sometimes 5 business days, depending on other factors such as customs and co.
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation and can view the shipping provider and the shipment number on the page of your order. So you can always track your shipment exactly.

If your order has been delivered incorrectly or items are damaged, simply fill out our contact form or send us an email to email@example.com and we will prepare a return label for you, which you can print out and stick on the package and send back to us free of charge.
